Thwarted!

I blew a fucking tire 25 miles away from home.

Figures.

were you one of the few people with a fully inflated spare time?

i find it to be a 2 person operation using the tire changing junk that comes with a car nowadays. those midget spare tires are a pain in the arse too.

the old cross design wrench for removing lug nuts was much more practical.

I second Becky's appraisal of the situation. Weak.

Hey, make sure you post us pictures when you get your new rat. Will it be all tiny and cute and stuff?

Misse-Yeah, we made it home okay. The mechanic that changed our tire was pretty nice too. He looked like a hell's angel, which was kind of cool.

Billy-The car is only 4 years old, so the spare was still in pretty good shape and fully inflated. Thank goodness! Luckily the guy that helped us had a really big jack which was way easier to use than the puny thing in our trunk.

Winter-Totally.

Mark-There will definitely be pictures aplenty, with loads of tiny cuteness! :)

Why can't they make tyres that don't blow out? How hard could it be???

Bitchtasm-There will be pictures as soon as we get one. Promise! Glad to see you are back in the blogosphere. Hurray!

Steph-It's a conspiracy I tell you!

Winter-Yeah, I know. We went to the petco here and almost bought one, but I wanted to look at the ones at the toledo store first before I committed to anything. (I make it sound like I'm buying a car! LoL.)
