Tonight, You.

So I read on Yahoo! News today that the word of the year is "truthiness". Stephen Colbert rules! Apparently it won 5-1 against words such as "war", "insurgent", "sectarian", and "corruption" as the word to best sum up the year 2006.

On a complete tangent, I also found this on youtube, and it was so funny I had to share:

Oh man, I about died laughing.

Oh man, I read the article on Yahoo news about Stephen Colbert's "truthiness" winning word of the year, and I thought that was hilarious. Not only is Colbert awesome but I guess you have to say "take that!" to those "wordinistas" at the "word police" or as they call themselves, Miriam-Webster.

"And what an honor," he said. "Truthiness now joins the lexicographical pantheon with words like `squash,' `merry,' `crumpet,' `the,' `xylophone,' `circuitous,' `others' and others."

LOL. Good concept, I think.

I also like the word Jon Stewart uses occasionally on the daily show - Catastrofuck.

That is an awesome word, and one that should be used more often! Along with the word crumpet of course.
